I'm going to learn Transcendental Meditation, and incorporate it into my daily life.

What is Transcendental Mediation? 

It's a technique for detaching oneself from anxiety and promoting harmony and self-realization by meditation, repetition of a mantra, and other yogic practices, promulgated by an international organization founded by the Indian guru Maharishi Mahesh Yogi (circa 1911-2008)- Transcendental Meditation-

In one week from today, I am going to learn how to do Transcendental Mediation, and incorporate it into my daily life. I am excited to learn how learn to reduce the stress in my life which has affected both my body and mind. 

It is suppose to reduce my stress hormone called cortisol which can cause negative symptoms, such as heart disease, high blood pressure, diabetes, depression, anxiety disorder, and other illness. -National Institutes of Health-

The less cortisol I produce in body it equals less stress and anxiety. I hope to gain from Transcendental Mediation at least a 30% drop of my cortisol levels according to recent research. It would benefit me greatly. Currently, I have a lot on my plate and my blood pressure is elevated. I need to learn how to eliminate the stress from mind and body.
