Mindful Perception is necessary in order to achieve personal goals in life. Here are some ways, I use my mindful perception;
I have compassion, kindness and love.
I treat everyone the way, I want to be treated.
I try to be non judgmental and keep an open mind.
I try to be flexible in my viewpoints.
I try to be selfless.
I believe it's a tall order to fill in life, but a good one to live by to be happy. We all need peacefulness in handling a chronic illness, and that is difficult enough. I believe peacefulness can bring you joy and self-confidence in your life. It can only help you, not hurt you.
Stay strong and persevere. Remember to always smile and cherish yourself!
